Equitable development of all regions, sections of society Govt’s priority: Ali Muhammad Sagar

<img src="https://img-cdn.publive.online/fit-in/1280x960/greater-kashmir/media/media_files/2026/11/08/haji-ali-mohammad-sagar-2-2026-11-08-07-53-47.jpg" /><p class="BYLINE" style="text-align: justify;">Srinagar, Nov 7: <span>The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary and Minister Ali Muhammad Sagar Saturday said that the National Conference government, led by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is utilising all available resources to ensure public welfare, relief and overall development.</span></p> <p class="SOFTBODY" style="text-align: justify;"><span>He said the government's priorities include ensuring equal development of every region and every section of society across Jammu and Kashmir.</span></p> <p class="SOFTBODY" style="text-align: justify;"><span>He made these remarks while addressing a reception organised at the party headquarters, Nawa-e-Subh Complex, for Block B workers of the Khanyar Assembly constituency. </span></p> <p class="SOFTBODY" style="text-align: justify;"><span>Addressing the gathering, Sagar, as per a statement, said the government was committed to ensuring equitable development in key sectors, including infrastructure, roads, electricity, drinking water, healthcare, education, employment and other public services.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">He said considerable progress had been made in various sectors over the past two years and several projects concerning public welfare had been implemented, with positive results being felt at the grassroots level.</span></p>
