"Not merely a stipend": Dalit PhD scholars left without September fellowship as Social Justice Ministry fails to release funds

Dalit PhD scholars under the NFSC scheme have not received their September 2026 fellowship, which NSFDC blames on the Social Justice Ministry not releasing funds, and the scholars have written to MPs asking them to raise the repeated delays in Parliament.
